Jam session No1

The latest musical additon to our family was this fantastic drum kit, something that Matt has dreamed about for years. Reuben recently become interested in learning to play which again sparked Matts interest and so together they made it possible. A tap tap room was created and now hours of fun happens every week.

Last weekend Trent and Wilko called out for a Jam session in the shed. Look out Nashville!!!!!
Matt - Farmer come drummer
Trent - Hardware salesman come guitarest/singer
Wilko - Art Teacher come guitarest/singer

Wilko on the base and vocals, Trent on acoustic and vocals and Matt on the drums. Reub even had a little turn (not on the drums)

We warned the neighbours that the noise level might be worse than the usual. The afternoon was heaps entertaining.

and it won't be the last.

  2. Hello,
Just ran into this article about your farm/Matt (http://www.nutri-tech.com.au/blog/2010/07/a-passion-for-healthy-food-–-interview-with-matt-biggs/), while looking up pictures of microgreens. I have NEVER heard of your island! Your farm seems to be covering all aspects and be in a perfect location for standard year round crops that I would be familiar with here in the USA + tropical. I'm a private chef most of the year but always looking for new experiences around the globe. Do you take outsider to work as "farm hands" any part of the year? I can imagine the weather there is pretty amazing most of the year...? I'd love to know more about you current farm status and opportunities. Thanks for your time! Lauren @ feedmydream@aim.com
